ITC Systems has added MyPhoto to its existing line of products and services in a move that will help universities save time and money when issuing student ID cards.
The deal will see MyPhoto and ITC Systems enter into a non-exclusive reseller agreement. This agreement will enable ITC to offer the comprehensive MyPhoto solution, a web-based photo upload application. ITC will be adding value by assisting in the sales and installation of MyPhoto to the company’s existing customer base as well as future university clients.
MyPhoto optimizes the photo upload process by students, faculty and staff for ID card production. “We recognize the need for value added resellers to assist us in distributing our product, and are very excited to be working with them and look forward to a great business relationship,” says MyPhoto president and CEO, Alan Jacubenta.
An automated, Web-based application, MyPhoto uses a simple five-step process to guide students through the uploading, rotating, and cropping of their campus card photos to meet their university’s exact specifications. The system automatically notifies students of their card’s submission status and it’s compatible with any PC, tablet or smartphone.
Simplifying the photo submission process means administrators need only review and then quickly submit an approved photo to the school’s card system for processing.
“This is a huge time-saver,” says ITC Systems President and CEO Campbell Richardson. “We’re excited about the opportunities for saving money that MyPhoto represents and we’re really pleased to be able to bring it to our customers.”
The MyPhoto platform is built around a user-friendly web-based administration system that is compatible with most card systems. In addition, the solution incorporates:
- Bulk approval and disapproval functions
- Advanced search and archival functions
- Easy export configurations
- Simple-to-use reporting features
- Customizable email notification templates
- Site customization that aligns seamlessly with your school’s website
