SmartCentric announced the addition of campus card industry veteran, Carl Painter, to the role of Director of Technical Services. Carl brings more than fifteen years of campus card and ID technology experience to his new role – stretching from early years with Florida State University’s FSUCard program to more recent work with imaging system developer Vision Database Systems.
