ATMs making the move to K-12 campuses

It seems that bank cards and ATM machines are now finding their way onto K-12 campuses, a trend that will certainly spark debates like those seen on college campuses when corporate endorsements, exclusive distribution rights, and such money making endeavors are undertaken.


With a reported 370,000-plus ATMs in the United States alone, and machines now available for less than $4,000, this trend is likely to continue. In an article in the Oregonian, both sides of the debate are explored.
