CBORD's Off-Campus Commerce program continues to grow

Tuesday, February 15, 2011

Another 16 colleges and universities have signed up for the CBORD Group’s off-campus management program, joining the nearly 100 other institutions using the company’s UGryd technology that allows campus cards to be used at off-campus locations.

George Washington University, Washington D.C., Youngstown State University in Ohio, Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Penn. and Clemson University in South Carolina, are among the latest schools to utilize CBORD’s off-campus program.

All 16 schools use CBORD’s CS Gold or Odyssey PCS campus card systems. Some schools are going off campus for the first time, while others partnered with CBORD to expand their existing programs.

Some are beginning with participating merchant counts in the single digits, while others work with more than 100. CBORD’s UGryd technology, can be scaled and adapted to meet the needs of each university and offers universities flexible platforms for both self-operated and CBORD-operated programs. [end]
