ColorID to showcase at European Campus Card Association

ColorID, an identification solutions supplier to the campus card industry, announced that it will be participating in this year’s 8th annual European Campus Card Association (ECCA) Conference.

ColorID will be holding presentations that explore a variety of contactless technologies, as well as card issuance technologies.


ColorID presentations at this year’s conference include “The Basics of Card Technology” from David Stallsmith, product manager for ColorID and “The Current and Emerging Card Printer Technologies from Danny Smith, executive vice-president of ColorID.

The two-day conference will be held at the Waterford Institute of Technology Ireland starting June 13th.

Various seminars and workshops will be held, all of which will be geared towards higher education institutions that wish to explore the use of card-based technologies and identification systems. [end]

The one-day event brought together card service managers from eight regional colleges and universities for a discussion about new card technologies and best card practices.
