CBORD names chief of operations

CBORD has announced the appointment of its new Chief Operating Officer, Max Steinhardt.

Since 2006, Steinhardt has served as CBORD’s senior vice president of operations, developing extensive knowledge of manufacturing and service at CBORD. Steinhardt carries a strong portfolio, previously serving as vice president of sales at TMS Sequoia and general manager at Adaptec, where he sold data-storage peripherals producers such as HP, IBM, and Dell.


As the new Chief Operating Officer, Steinhardt will also direct CBORD’s sales team - driving operational strategy, structure, and effectiveness across CBORD’s operations teams. [end] 

CBORD was recently chosen by George Washington University to replace its existing campus card system.

The university elected to go with the CS Gold campus card solution from CBORD to manage card-based purchasing, privileges, access control, vending and more for more than 20,000 students.
