Dynamic enters new distribution agreement

Dynamic Biometric Systems, a developer of biometric technologies, has announced that they have signed a distribution agreement with ArcWare Solutions for their Bio-Pen-based products aimed at students taking higher education classes remotely. Under the agreement, ArcWare and their reseller FL-EX Holdings will serve as resellers of Dynamics products through both sales and developing the distance learning channel to market the products.

The agreement was signed due to the passing of the Higher Education Opportunity Act which requires higher education institutions offering online courses to have a process through which the institution can be assured that they individual who has signed up for the course is the one taking it. [end] 

Newport Digital Technologies, Inc. and Summit Government Group have entered into an agreement to promote sales of the N37B rugged mobile computing device.

NPDT’s N37B rugged mobile computer is a device, certified by AT&T, for industrial applications such as inventory management, asset tracking, health care, law enforcement, field service/sales applications, and meter reading. These same online platforms also serve as an administrative tool, containing personal data on students and staff. To prevent identity and data theft, online applications used by schools and universities need to be protected.

Global Rainmakers Inc. (GRI) has announced it has reached a channel distribution agreement with APL Access & Security, a developer of access control and other security technology, for APL to resell and integrate GRI’s iris technology into its access control solutions. (GRI), an intellectual property holder and research and development laboratory, has announced it has entered into an agreement with Holland-based technology distributor and installer Hacousto Group to market the company’s iris-recognition security system to Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Global Rainmakers is hoping the new agreement will allow them to better enter into the European marketplace.
