When representatives from Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies went out to talk to customers about the company’s technology they were taken aback at what they heard, said Steve Down, general manager at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies. “We thought we knew what the customer wanted but when we started talking to them and found out where the pain points were we were surprised,” he said. “It was around nervousness of where the technology is going.”

The Regula inspection system is an EAC inspection system to be certified according to the test standard BSI-TR 3105 part 5.1 “Test plan for ICAO compliant Inspection Systems with EAC 1.11.”
