Ralph Prichard, national program manager for The CBORD Group, which provides food and nutrition management solutions to the health care industry and campus cards to the higher education market, is the first recipient of the Premier Foodservice Passion for Excellence award.
“This award is a tremendous honor for Ralph. He exemplifies excellent customer service. We are very proud of Ralph, and we are proud of our ongoing partnership with Premier and its members,” commented CBORD President Tim Tighe.

The Premier Foodservice Passion for Excellence Award was established in the memory of John M. Cabot, a senior vice president of U.S. Foodservice, who died earlier this year and is designed to recognize an individual from one of Premier’s food service suppliers who has demonstrated a commitment and passion to the industry.
Joan Ralph, Premier vice president, Continuum of Care Services, presented the award and said of Prichard, “This year’s winner brings creativity to every interaction with our membership and is firmly committed to finding a winning solution to every challenge.
