Description: For over 18 years CTST has provided a crucial forum for the card and security sectors–a place where thousands gather, network, learn and share ideas. In 2008 the Smart Card Alliance will partner with CTST, which will now host the Alliance’s Annual Conference, creating the premier event in the card space for North America. This partnership comes at a crucial time in our industry: Technologies are revolutionizing the way products bought and sold, the way transactions are processed, and the way retail and financial organizations interact with their customers. And security issues underlie a whole range of implementations, including transactions, physical access, network access and identity programs. The partnership between CTST and SCA will create the leading forum on the future of contactless transactions, mobile financial services, secure physical and digital access, and the expanding world of secure ID technology. [end]
