ViVOpay PROX and ViVOpay iCLASS readers connect to point-of-sale (POS) terminals or electronic cash registers allowing cardholders at corporate campuses to simply present their security access card to make a payment. The payments can be processed through ViVOtech’s software suite called ViVOplatform that links the personal data of an individual stored in the security office with the POS system making a seamless transaction in the closed loop.

ViVOpay PROX and ViVOpay iCLASS readers allow employees in the corporate campus to enjoy increased convenience and enhanced productivity by eliminating checkout lines at the cafeteria and retaining them on campus. Moreover, cardholders can store value on HID’s iCLASS cards either on the card, the network, or both, making a complete payment without the need to buy additional credentials or magnetic stripe cards. To charge value, cardholders can give a payment at the cash register or they can load value into the network over a secure Internet session.

Additionally, with ViVOpay PROX and ViVOpay iCLASS, merchants and corporate cafeterias can easily implement prepaid, loyalty and incentive programs for HID cardholders. By adding a low-cost ViVOpay reader to the system, the existing payment infrastructure can be used to accept ViVOpay PROX and ViVOpay iCLASS cards. Moreover, the installation is simple and payments are “Quicker than Cash and Safer than Checks” (SM).

ViVOtech will demonstrate the ViVOpay PROX and ViVOpay iCLASS products at the HID booth number 1517 at the ASIS trade show, New Orleans, September 15-18th. ViVOtech will also be showcasing the ViVOplatform, a software suite that has applications such as prepaid, loyalty, and incentive programs.
