DEBITEK AND TODAY’S BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCE INSTALLATION OF MONEYCLIP AT THE JOHN MARSHAL LAW SCHOOL

Friday, February 22, 2002

(Atlanta, GA) – Ingenico Corp., a subsidiary of Ingenico S.A., announced that Today’s Business Solutions has installed Debitek’s MoneyClip™, the latest in electronic cash systems, at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

MoneyClip is a comprehensive stored value system for campuses that replaces currency with electronic cash in vending machines, copiers, laundry rooms, pay for print areas, and dining area cash registers. Today’s Business Solutions is the Midwest distributor for Debitek and worked with The John Marshall Law School staff on the installation. Debitek is a leader in electronic cash systems, serving the needs of campus, corporate, correctional facility and laundry service providers.

“The MoneyClip system is easy for our students to use and is giving the law school an excellent record for cost management. Students at The John Marshall Law School are using their new chip-based IDs for photocopying and printing,” Jim Velco, head of computer services at the Chicago law school, explained. “The system also allows us to expand our use of MoneyClip in the future.

“Representatives of Today’s Business Solutions worked with our staff to accommodate our special needs and to make this an easy-to-use system for our students,” added Velco.

Lou Flavio, vice president of sales at Today’s Business Solutions, said the company chose to resell MoneyClip as a solution to John Marshall students’ needs based on its features and reliability. “As a solutions provider, we felt that the Debitek MoneyClip system offered not only the features that The John Marshall Law School required, but also the product reliability we demand for our clients.”

The system also offers versatility that “can benefit both new schools, such as The John Marshall Law School, as well as institutions that have existing magnetic stripe or smart card systems, “said Larry Hauser, vice president and general manager of Debitek.

Debitek MoneyClip, with its open system architecture, allows users to add system enhancements and manage multiple applications. With MoneyClip, colleges and universities can manage the entire transaction process themselves. The system reduces the cost of settlement while providing exceptional reporting and system management tools that maximize efficiency.
