Best Access Systems (formerly Best Lock Corporation), has been a provider of security products for over 75 years, having designed and supplied access control systems for some of the largest corporations, institutions, and educational facilities in the United States and beyond. The partnership, to be announced at the annual meeting of NACCU (the National Association of Campus Card Users), brings integrated solutions with BEST’s door access systems together with CBORD’s campus-wide card systems. The BEST B.A.S.I.S. on line-off line access control software / CBORD Odyssey PCS Interface allows automatic updates to both systems when there are changes in just one of the systems. The interface also enables end users to populate cardholder information in the database of BOTH systems with a single entry.
